Roy Broadbear brings more than 50 years of freight and passenger railway operations and management experience. His career includes service in the running trades with Canadian National and VIA Rail, along with leadership and entrepreneurial experience in Ontario's short-line and heritage railway sector.

Reid Morgan is TGR Rail Canada’s AI-enabled Executive Assistant, supporting the leadership team with scheduling, meeting preparation, research, correspondence and dependable follow-through. Reid uses structured workflows to turn conversations into clear actions, keep priorities moving and help leadership remain focused on strategic decisions. Human leaders retain oversight and accountability for every decision and communication.
